1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. FESTYO is intended for guest (member) accounts; partner and admin access is managed separately.
2. Bookings and payments
When you reserve an experience, you agree to the price, schedule, and host conditions shown at checkout. Confirmation depends on host availability and any eligibility rules for the experience. Payment and refund handling follow the cancellation policy displayed for each booking.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, harass other members or hosts, or use FESTYO for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.
4. Content and communications
Messages, reviews, profile information, and other content you submit must be respectful and accurate. You grant FESTYO a limited license to display that content as needed to operate the service. Host stories, menus, and experience listings remain the responsibility of their respective partners.
5. Changes and contact
